DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

  

WHAT SHIPPING CARRIERS DO YOU USE?

CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Returns and exchanges may also vary according to region due to government restrictions.  Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

 

CAN I GET MY PRODUCT PERSONALIZED?

It depends on the product/ manufacturer. Please contact us further for more information. Please be aware any personalized items are not returnable.

  

WHEN DO I GET MY REFUND?

Unopened items, with a receipt, in original packaging and returned within 90 days of purchase will receive a refund to the original method of payment** or will receive an exchange. Items that are opened, damaged and/or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Click on the tabs below for a list of exceptions and exclusions to our returns policy. Damages must be reported within 5 days of receipt of goods. Images must be provided of damages. Customer is responsible to mark the damages on the shipping documentation at the time of delivery.

 

WHAT IS THE WARRANTY POLICY?

We stand behind our products. Our warranty is valid for 1 year on manufacturers' defects only. Wear and tear, and product abuse do not fall under warranty. Our warranty is non-transferable.
